Although I had booked a slot for 14:15 with Salvatore, I had to wait over 30 minutes and he did not do my hair, someone else did. Social distancing measures were not being taken into account nor was everyone wearing a mask. I was not satisfied with the cut or the brushing but at that point I just wanted to leave as there were too many people without masks in there.

Treatment on website €50, to be sure I write an email sending pictures of length of the hair asking the correct cost.
Answer €80, which is already an important difference but ok.
Once in the salon, treatment done, moment to pay.. €100 extra above the €50 already paid online. €150!!!!!!! From the €50 stated online.
Treatment also worthless, after 3 times having washed the hair (with specific shampoo after keratin treatment) back to curly and frizzy hair.
Never ever again!
