I booked the services I wanted (colour and balayage) via treatewell. When I arrived in the salon they told me that it was not possible to have both in the same day.
I settled to do only the colour but then the price was different from treatwell.
I would say that the prices are really misleading

There was a problem with the language as nobody was speaking decent English. Apart from that, I had a young lady brushing my hear that obviously did not know how to do it. I have tried to explain what I want but she did not get it. It was a real torture. On top of it, the price increased for 10 EUR from the initial one even though I did not have a haircut that was included in the price. All in all, a terrible experience and would not recommend the salon to anybody.
