Je suis allée à un rendez-vous et on m'a dit qu'on ne pouvait pas me recevoir parce que le coiffeur n'était pas là. Ils auraient pu m'avertir et m'éviter d'y aller.

Nicole était un arrêt maladie et à pris le temps de me téléphoner 30min avant mon rdv (pendant son arrêt maladie!)car elle c'est rendue compte que sa patronne Nicki n'avait pas annuler mon rdv malgré un arrêt connu depuis plus d'une semaine! Ceci n'étant pas la 1ere fois! J'ai décidé de ne plus y retourner. J'y allais depuis 2020 et les conditions et services se sont nettement dégradé depuis. Ne perdez pas votre précieux temps dans des institutions qui le méprise. Nicole est une exception.

Upon arrival I had to wait for half an hour for the specialist to come to the salon. It never happened so I was sent home. The girl in the salon was very nice though. I just wish the booking went through and they actually knew the booking was made.
