Mauvaise experience. Retard sans bonne communication sur le temps d’attente, Vernis bâclé et impossibilité de prendre RV pour réparer un ongle le lendemain. Diagnostics de ma santé lors du RV non-demandé, ce que j’ai trouvé très déagréable. Pas de serviette propre ni de nettoyage correct de l’endroit de tavail. Pas assez de place pour 2 clients mani à la fois.

Horrible, she moved my booking without my consent to a time that is not convenient, and I paid full amount for the service she never provided. Avoid!!

She moved the booking 15min before it to another time that was not an option for me. I asked to cancel, she said she will, I had her on the phone several times and she never cancelled and I paid full price for the service I never received - awful !

The staff is very friendly, and tried the best to provide a good service but they didn’t use the colour I asked for. More importantly, the treatment was very painful and I even got an infected wound on my finger now from it.
