I booked wax hair removal, but got epilation au fil instead as "gentler". Fair enough. She complained about my skin being 'too thin' and 'too delicate' during the whole process. Once back home I realised why: my face was a mess, with red signs all over that just got worse after 2 days. Never happened to me before in years! Whatever it was done there, it was wrong. And instead of apologising, it was easier to blame the skin of the client.
