It was a very strange experience for me, the brazilian wax took more than 40min which normally at other salons only takes 10’. She told me she was trying out this new honey wax & that was the reason it didn’t go as smooth… so I can understand a bit the struggle. But not very professional imo… The wax didn’t harden properly and was rather painful and hot. Next to that she gave me her unasked opinion about my skin(care) which made me feel a bit insecure… Overall friendly & nice place however

I booked wax hair removal, but got epilation au fil instead as "gentler". Fair enough.
She complained about my skin being 'too thin' and 'too delicate' during the whole process. Once back home I realised why: my face was a mess, with red signs all over that just got worse after 2 days. Never happened to me before in years! Whatever it was done there, it was wrong. And instead of apologising, it was easier to blame the skin of the client.
