Accueil parfait service aimable et tres pro !tout bien

J'ai été dans ce salon il y a deux semaines car il avait beaucoup de commentaires positifs.
Je dois avouer qu'effectivement le personnel et très accueillant et au petit soin avec leur client.
Le prix aussi est attractif et raisonnable.
Par contre je ne suis pas du tout convaincu de résultat du service (coupe et balayge).
Je n'étais déjà pas hyper satisfaite de ma coupe en sortant du salon mais je voulais voir ce que ça donnait sans brushing et je n'aime pas du tout. C'est une sorte de dégradé en escalier (court devant en grosse mèche, puis derrière long). Du coup ça n'a aucune forme, Je préfère rester avec les cheveux attaché. Ca fait lgtps que je n'avais pas été aussi insatisfaite par une coupe de cheveux.
Quant au balayage je sais que j'avais demandé quelque chose de naturel mais là on dirait presque que je n'ai rien changé au niveau de la couleur.
Je trouve cela un peu dommage car bon feeling au départ. Je pense que c'est un bon endroit pour des choses simples mais pas pour des coupes plus travaillées.
Après ils ont l'air d'avoir beaucoup d'habitués donc surement des personnes satisfaites de leur service mais ça n'était pas mon cas.

Very nice staff, my haircut is so so so pretty and the color never looked better. I will come back!

C'est la deuxième fois que je me rends dans ce salon et je n'ai pas été déçue. Pro, rapide, et très sympa. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The worst customer experience I had in a long time. Never had full attention of the hairdresser. Hasty, sloppy haircut. Unprofessional. Definitely not going back.
Was on time for my appointment but still waited 30minutes. I first had to wait standing in the doorway for 5min because there was no free seat. Was then asked to sit in a chair that got free. When I sat down I realised they hadn't removed the previous customer's cut hair. Sat in a pile of hair waiting for 25minutes, surrounded by noisy blow-drying, while the haircutter blow-drying the customer next to me was bumping into me all the time. Then my hair was washed without looking at it first and deciding what to do with it. Waited another five minutes with wet hair. The only question I was asked is "how short". The haircut itself took 5minutes and looks like it, too. Hairdresser was distracted all the time talking with other people. Didn't even show me the back of my head afterwards, as they usually do. She also left a scratchmark on the back of my neck. She dryed and styled my hair hastily. It looked awkward. When I paid she already started cutting the next person's hair before I had even entered my card in the machine -- I understand you are busy, but seriously?
Price was ok (16€). The haircut looks ok, but has some weird bits that look sloppy. I suspect it's only acceptable because my previous haircut was excellent and that still shows. My usual hair salon (who was on vacation that day) costs 10€ more and it's worth it. I now appreciate their work much more. Definitely not coming back to Meshair.
