As a latina in Belgium, it is nearly impossible to find someone who knows how to cut our hair. Here they KNOW. My mom came with me to my appointment and she was so impressed with the result that she also asked for a cut! I will return for sure (even if I live 1.5hrs away from the place...it is that good).
