I had to wait 30 minutes when I arrived and no apology was given to me.
The hairdresser didn’t even brush my hair properly before cutting it dry. She abruptly cut it and I lost so much hair I wanted to cry! I only wanted to trim the ends, maybe a couple of inches, but she cut off about 6 inches and I lost my beautiful long hair 😭 Would not come back here.

Payer 65e pour entendre non dsl ps le temps pour recouper un peu l’arrière alors que ça me plaisait pas.
Aucune empathie et envie de faire le boulot svp faites pas un métier si il vous ennuie j’ai juste perdu mon argent.
