I like the place, they are very customer-focused! As soon as I entered, they knew about my appointment and were ready for me. They got me into the room right away with a warm welcome. I booked a manicure but didn't specify I needed to remove semi-permanent polish. They accommodated my request on the spot—fantastic service!
