The treatment was not perfect but ok, although they should be more transparent on the costs from the beginning on. I booked „coupe et colorarion, cheveux longs“ for 99€, and after the treatment they said that this is the starting price for it. They had put a conditioner without asking and afterwards charged 10€ extra for it. And the „coloration“ was only the roots, in the length they put a „coulage“ which was 20€ extra. They should have communicated all that extra charges in advance.
