The lady, however friendly, was an hour late for the appointment. I had to call the website myself to ask why the parlour was not open. The waxing hurt a lot and my skin appeared to be burnt afterwards. I wouldn't recommend it.

The salon is so cozy and chic and Fatima is great! The prices are amazing and I have to say my keratin treatment looks just perfect so far. Can't wait to return for another of their treatments.
