Very unstatisfied with the customer service. Never again. Made an appointment in the morning for that evening, they moved the time to two hours earlier (impossible for me) and had no choice to cancel (I would lose all my money anyways, I already paid). Called several times and sent them an email as well to please cancel instead of move the time, so Treatwell could reimburse me. They were very impolite, reluctant to help and stopped the call several times. Hope to see my money back soon.
