The place was easy to find and the lady was really lovely. However, a small remark, she used the wooden sticks to apply the wax and I am not sure she changed them each time, but then again, I was in pain so I might have missed that. She was very gentle and polite and tried to remove hairs with tweezers where wax wouldn't do, but there were a few hairs left that could have been removed with the wax. Overall, I was treated nicely and would probably go back.
