I booked a treatment online - looking forward to a 'top-rated' place. When I arrived the door was locked, called the landline and there was some confusion about my appointment. Got a text message 5 mins later saying 'sorry the masseuse is ill.' Very disappointing - not just on missing the treatment but how I got told - with zero regard to customer service. Won't be rebooking here again!
