I booked the hair cut on Treatwell for Saturday morning at 10 am, and I received the confirmation of the appointment and the receipt for the pre-payment by email. I went to the appointment as scheduled but no one showed up. I gave them some time but after one hour and a half waiting I have had enough. That’s absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advice not to book here. I will try to have a refund directly by them since the Treatwell app does not allow me to do this now at this time.

Beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c’est. J ai choisi un option shampoing, soin, coupe- j’attends mon soin tjr. Shampooing de mauvaise qualité- pas adapté a mes cheveux, coupe ok, mais c’est pas ca que je m’attendais en payant 69€! Je n’y retournerai jamais c est sur. Dommage
