Had to wait for 30 mins even though I had an appointment, the person cutting my hair didn't give me something to cover my clothes, so I had hair all over myself, she used shampoo gel instead of hair wax for styling, I was charged more than the price advertised here etc. The positive things to say is they are friendly, nice location and clean place.

Good service especially for the price. Would go again to dye my hair! I had to wait a little bit in the beginning but I was offered a coffee in the meantime so it didn't bother me.
