The initial processes were done well but the finals ones weren't. My hair had been badly damaged. The hairdresser relaxed the growth and cut it. The hair cut was average and she should have used rollers for such delicate hair and not brushing and ironing. I also think, I paid more than what was in the price list. I saw her working on someone's natural hair and it was well done.

Had to wait for 30 mins even though I had an appointment, the person cutting my hair didn't give me something to cover my clothes, so I had hair all over myself, she used shampoo gel instead of hair wax for styling, I was charged more than the price advertised here etc. The positive things to say is they are friendly, nice location and clean place.
