she said after her work, that if he the some of the new lashes are not curved towards same direction it’s because my natural lashes are too thin and not shaped the right way. (attacking my pride). i also demanded 13cm cat eye and in the end whe used 11 maximum and no cateye. She should have said it while putting the extention not when everything is stuck. She spoke in a high tone not giving me a chance to explain that this is not what i asked for.
