Nagim was really nice and he cared about my cause, he even gave me a special treatment for which I am very thankful.
Nonetheless he did not listen to the fact that I said that I didn’t want a “degradé” or bob style. I repeated several times that I wanted my hair to the same length everywhere (coupe recte). I cried when I realised the back of my head was super short hair (which was not necessary), going as short as a man. Now that my hair has fully dried it looks like a mushroom…

I had to wait 40 minutes even though I had an appointment. No apology was made. As it was very busy at the salon I had to wait a long time after my hair was washed. There was no towel wrapped around my head so I got very cold.
On the app it said 'brushing' was included, but he just used a hairdryer. So overal disappointing experience.
