Marcelo had the tough job to fix my hair after another hairdresser had made some mistakes cutting my hair. He was very patient and knowlegeable and I felt I was in the hand of a professional. His dedication was amazing and in I ended up with a much better look. Thank you Marcelo! I finally found my go-to spot in Gent.

Eventho i arrived to my appointment on time, had to wait for 30 mins (for a 45 mins session),i had other plans and scheduled myself according to the appointment time. They told me to wait more.I left without the haircut. For me, this is disrespectful
