Selena was very social and did her best! I came for the cold sugaring and she told that they decided to use warm sugar wax because the only one previous client was not satisfied by this product. But satisfaction by the product is very personal assessment. I would recommend other clients to call at least in advance and clarify what exactly they will get. The procedure in general was ok.
