Elena was very professional during the treatment but a little cold, not very welcoming not giving personalised advice, i felt like she could not wait for me to leave... even if there was no one after me and the next appointment was 50 minutes later. The treatment in itself was very well done and the hydrafacial machine is great.

Le soin est très agréable et rapide. Ma peau a retrouvé un très bel éclat. Je vous conseille vivement ce soin.

Very noice choice of product, just feeling that the treatment was missing a bit of ceremonial: explaining the products used, the steps etc. Usually at the beginning the first question are about the routine I do, this time not once. It was nice but could be much more relaxing et professional by adding little things.
