Old semipermanent was taken off extremely harshly, the drill biting into my nail bed. I was appalled - should have left after that, but unfortunately I stayed and got a semipermanent which was poorly applied with streaks, got dull in 5 days, chipped after 8 days. Overall no care. I just got a healing manicure and was told my nails have been seriously damaged by all this. I feel truly terrible leaving a bad review... I'm very very sorry, I don't mean to be unkind but I am still in pain...
