The personnel is not wearing masks unless you ask them to do so (and even then, in my case they removed it after a while). The wax was ok, even if they did not remove the short hairs with the tweezer - something I had to do myself at home. The manicure was ok but nothing exceptional and I got out of the shop with two cuticles bleeding as they were cut too short. Overall 2 full hours spent there for 3 services - which I think is way too long. At the moment of paying I had to go to the carrefour to withdraw the money as they did not indicated prior to the visit that they get cash only on Monday. Not nice experience overall. But at least the staff is smiley!
