Hello Madam,
Firstly, I would like to thank you for the care provided Saturday 06JUL24 at your center (Hydra facial). However, I am a bit disappointed with the way you reacted regarding my appointments.
1- It is true that I didn't check which appointment I had before, whether it was for my feet(pedicure) or the Hydra facial. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to also verify before taking care of a client.
2- I made my appointments for next week more than 3 weeks ago because I am going on vacation, and you canceled the appointment because you don't have staff available, without even offering an alternative solution, even though it is not my fault.
It was a pleasure to receive treatments at your center, but unfortunately, you don't take into account the satisfaction of your clients, which affects the credibility, and I might not be able to recommend your services to others.
