The salon really looks lovely. It has a very relaxing atmosphere, smells like essential oils and has relaxation music on the background.
Staff was pleasant overall.
Considering that the prices can go up to 80 euros for a pedicure and up to 70 euros for a manicure, I believe that more adequate care should be given. For example, I would have appreciated if for the pedicure, I would have been asked to sit on the bed covered with fresh towels or at least a paper towel and not on the exact towels that the previous customer layed on. Also, some disposable slippers would be welcomed, so that clients don't walk barefoot where usually walking with shoes.
I was asked if I'm ok with what has been done after the nails have been shaped and I ended up with square nails at one hand and round at the other. I had a french manicure and pedicure which definitely doesn't look 85 euros worth, but a bit amateuristic.
