During a pedicure, my toenail was cut improperly, causing discomfort. After visiting a podiatrist, I was told medical treatment was needed. A week later, I’m still not fully recovered. I requested a refund and compensation for medical expenses, but instead, I was accused of lying without evidence. They offered me a €30 voucher instead of covering my doctor’s costs. As a loyal customer, I felt disrespected, dismissed, and frustrated by their response.
