I am very happy. It is really personalised. The Italian girl ( sorry, I am a disaster with names) is was really good and explained me what to do to manage my hair myself. And it is very easy to take the appointment online.

All round very good, we can't complain about their professionalism and service except for one thing, when booking on this website for the same service you paid online already, they will charge you an extra once you're there, cause their prices are higher and they don't get the concept of the website it doesn't matter if you get a discount on this website they don't take this in consideration you'll still have to pay the difference of their actual price.. 😕
