I’m sure Nadiia is lovely but she didn’t understand anything I asked for and hurt me several times - leaving 3 fingers bleeding. I had long nails which I said I wanted a bit shorter but the same almond shape. She made the first nail pointy and kept it long. I told her to round it off slightly so that it’s still almond (in Dutch and English) someone else explained to her and ended up swapping places to quickly file my nails. Result: short oval with stinging bleeding cuticles.

Eerste keer bij haar geweest voor een nieuwe set nagels. Ze was heel vriendelijk, attent en vroeg steeds of de lengte en vorm goed waren. Heel tevreden met het resultaat — zeker aan te raden!
