Communication with Ksenia was difficult - if you don’t speak Russian, can’t explain much. 5-6 times I notified I had pain, she did not understand English or Dutch, the treatment was rough, I have sensitive feet and nails. She gave her best - still - would not like to come back to this lady. Another thing - my appointment was adjusted to another hour on same day - from the salon - without asking me.
Even I was notified by automatic email, I did not liked it.
