This is my first and last time here.. I came in and told the guy at the door that I had an appointment, he send me at the reception where the guy looked at me from head to toe telling me : yeah just go sit down then'. He didn't asked for my name or anything. Result : I had to wait 30 min without anyone asking me about my appointment. The hairdresser who I had an appointment with was chatting here all this time while I was sitting there. Staff was so unfriendly and dry cut was done in 5 min.....
