This is the 4th time I go to them and everytime there was a delay. This time "only" 15 minutes and when I had the courage to ask when I will be taken the lady was so pissed at me. The pedi was bad, of course because she was late she had to remove my semi-permanent with a lime, and she told me I can do this at home alone too, no need to come to them. I explained her that I wanted the pedi also that's why I came. The pedi was bad, my nails look bad and I am not happy. Last time I go there.

I waited 1 hour (exactly 1) to do my eyebrows and they didn’t even apologise for being late. Will never come back here again. I can understand that some times this happens but the receptionist kept on saying ‘just wait a little bit more’. They lost a customer by not apologising and just doing like nothing happened. Do not recommend!!

Top! J'ai adoré le soin,les produits sentaient super bon. L'esthéticienne (Joana) était d'une douceur inimaginable! J'ai passé un moment très agréable, je vous remercie.
