The staff was helpful and welcoming. They didn't glare at me when they discovered I don't speak French, which speaks a lot about their service! They prefer direct booking than through Treatwell, and they had a problem taking down my appointment on their big schedule book. They were able to squeeze me in 45 minutes later than my original time so it wasn't a problem. It was actually a feat considering their book was pretty full on a Monday morning. They offered to have me wait in their lobby and even provided drinks. I really enjoy this day salon and prices aren't bad either. I will definitely come back.
