The haircut was nice but everything else DEFINITELY NOT. The lady washing my hair was so aggressive that my scalp started flaking and was red afterward. The brushing was not good at all my hair was so frizzy for the first time and all of my colleagues asked me what happened to me when I went to work. They were pulling my hair so much when brushing it and even when it was wet for no reason and It gave me a headache. The staff was not polite making comments about my hair and saying that I do not take care of it enough which were untrue according to every stylist I have been in years, not sure if they are jealous or what their problem is but definitely a bad experience.

They made me wait for 34 min. I was offered no apology either. What is the point of having an appointment if they don’t care. They think their time is more valuable than ours clearly. Haircut was not something special either, you can get the exact service for 10€ a few street ahead.
