Mijn haar is goed geknipt, maar ik voelde me toch wat opgelicht. Ik had via Treatwell een knipbeurt gereserveerd t.w.v. 25 euro. Echter werd mij achteraf nog eens 25 euro aangerekend omdat ze het geföhnd hadden. Dit was mij echter niet duidelijk, dan had ik hen wel gestopt. Ook door mijn gebrekkige kennis van het Frans en hun kennis van Nederlands of Engels was dit moeilijk te bespreken.
