Personnel débordé, compréhensible en période de fêtes, mais cela ne doit pas justifier une mauvaise gestion de clients.
Retard de 45min sur prise de rendez-vous, plutôt invraisemblable lorsqu’on prend rendez-vous.
Coupe des cheveux sur cheveux secs et dégradé inégal, franchement décevant pour presque 50€, sans parler du brushing qui a été fait au lisseur, franchement pas très sérieux pour un tel prix...

I read a lot of great reviews for this place and was really looking forward to my hair cut but there were a lot of issues. The staff were nice but they don't seem to take their jobs seriously. My hairdresser was extremely distracted, at one point he was literally dancing and cutting my hair, totally unprofessional. He also cut my hair unevenly. He scratched my face and burnt me whilst finishing. Overall nice people, but they ned to improve their professionalism! I won't return.
