I had a great experience in the salon. Florence was extremely friendly and looked like she knew what she does. She works fast and confident. However the end result was slightly different than expected. It was a big colour change, so I did not have enough time to process it, but when I came home I saw that I wanted a different result. However, this is probably not the fault of the hairdresser, but the way I explained what I wanted. Next time I will put more effort in explanation. :)
