It's the first time I booked with them and I went in without expectations because after so many months I just needed a haircut. The appointment was on time which I appreciated because sometimes you're being asked to wait 15-20 minutes. The salon was very clean and the 2 ladies there very polite. I explained what I wanted and the result exceeded my expectations, I left there feeling 10 times lighter! I said no to the extra services they proposed such as conditioner so I was not charged extra.
