First off the place looked very unhygienic. The pedicure chair looked dirty. Second she charged 15 euro to take out the old gel, this was never mentioned before. The files she used looked worn out, she threw away about 3 during the appointment because they didnt work anymore. Second she fucked up my nail shapes, and clipped away the corners of my nails, which everyone with basic knowledge know this will cause ingrown toenails, and just hurts. She didnt file them properly and they just look ugly

Facial: er werd gecleansed en ik lag ook onder warme stoom voor 15 min. De moisterizer is nooit aangebracht, nog stappen niet. Massage: de medewerkster bleef staan terwijl ik mij uit en aan moest kleden en zag dus mijn borsten. zat ook op haar gsm.
