I was asked to pay €15 more because I wasn’t a regular customer & I think this info should be more transparant online: I would have gone elsewhere. When I asked about this, the two ladies at KIKI’s yelled at each other and barely spoke to me, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. When a random lady walked in and asked the price for a spa mani and new set of gel with extension, she was told €5 more than I was asked for a refill. How? Terrible experience, will never set foot here again.

Never again! Came here because the salon where I usually go was closed for a month. The result was alright, but I have never had my nails so brutely treated and service was very poor to say the least. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in, had to wait +30’ without any apology or explanation. While I finally sat to get my nails done, more ladies showed up with appointments at the same time, all having to wait without apologies or communication. Workers yelled at each other & ignored customers. Wtf?
