I arrived about 5mins early for my appointment, as requested, but then it was delayed by 15 minutes as the beautician was still with a previous client. I did receive an apology and that was fine, only my appointment still finished at 12pm instead of having a facial treatment for an hour. That said, the beautician was very friendly and the facial treatment was lovely. I would've preferred more ambient, relaxation music being played instead of the pop music that was playing, which was distracting.
