This bio-energy healing session helped me (for the first time?) to feel safe in my body & in this world. I was always told it should be a job I could/should be doing on my own. Now I understand that recovering from trauma only happens with mutual trust & respect from another human being. It allowed me as well to get in deeper contact with so many emotions I had been hiding. Feeling perfectly whole in mother earth's womb & united with everything around me is the most precious gift I could get
