I missed my appointment by an hour and phoned to apologise and arrange a new time. I was told I had lost my payment no alternative appointment was offered. Being charged is unaccepted to me when just offering a new slot is good customer care.

Lana did an exceptional job with my haircut, and I am very pleased with the service. She suggested cutting my hair differently than what I originally planned, and I am so glad I agreed to it. She knows her job very well.

Haar is goed geknipt. Prijs/kwaliteit is zeer goed. Gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid is top. Ik kom er heel graag.
