I booked my appointment based on the good reviews and I regret it so much. The owner was nice and the salon had a nice atmosphere but the end result was bad. Although we agreed on the haircut and color before starting (with pictures and all) I ended up with something completely different. That would still be ok if the result was good at least, but the end result is so ugly- that ugly that although I never write reviews I felt I had to this time. I asked for a cool bomb with blonde highlights and I came out with a 90's Jennifer Aniston chopped haircut, with yellowish flashes. I hoped it would grow on me but in fact every since I washed my hair and I have to style them myself, I hate it more every day. The only solution I came up with is to have them daily in a tiny ponytail until they grow again. Totally not what you wish for after a haircut..
