The appointment was originally scheduled for 14:55 but I didn't get seen to till 15:20 or so. We tentatively finished at 15:56 but still needed to dry my hair fully which took us well into 16:00. I was surprised that no product was used before heat styling my hair. Other than that the haircut looks good so far! I think they did a good job when they finally got to me
