I spent 1h treatment with Gyzlane, in which she was not very careful doing my pedicure. I told her from the beginning that I had sensitive skin and to be careful and she did not care, leaving wounds in the skin around my nails (not the first time btw). On top, after paying 60 euros for a moment of ‘ détente‘ in which I took the time to read, she started criticizing out loud with her colleague the fact that I did not speak, and started laughing. Congratulations, you just lost a client!Never again

The lash lift was not done such that looked good on me. I reached out the next day to the salon and went there. The persons in the salon said they could put on some solution, tried to say it was because I had short lashes and refused a refund.1 star
