A real nightmare.

I booked an appointment online through the website for Sunday at 6pm and was sent an email to reschedule to 5:40PM on the same day only to go to the salon and find it closed (apparently it closes on Sunday and yet I was still able to make an appointment and have them reschedule it!) and then I received a call on Monday to tell me that I can reschedule so I accepted and visited the salon for the first time for a full Brazilian wax, the ambience was nice and the technician was very polite but I experienced a very unusual amount of pain during the waxing and when I reached home I realised that my skin has been literally torn off in some places and was extremely swollen. I am now dealing with open wounds and scars all over the waxed area. I have never experienced anything like this before following a waxing treatment, and I will never be returning to the salon in the future.

J aime beaucoup mon "bronzage ". Je dois juste me laver 8h après, donc j attend de voir comment sera le résultat après. normalement il sera plus uniforme.

L’esthéticienne a brûlé ma fille de13ans en faisant son épilation maillot. En plus, elle était désagréable. Plus jamais!
