It was honestly a horrible experience. My nails never looked this bad before. I got BIAB and they filed off way too much from my nail, the nail polish is way too thick and the shape of my nails is everything, but not round. Once I said something, one of the employees started to laugh and pretended like nothing was wrong. Even my boyfriend asked me what happened to my nails once I got home.

I waited a week to give my feedback because I wanted to see how the nails would be after some time. I am very sorry to say it, but the esthetician harmed my middle finger while removing the cuticles, she neither said sorry nor provided me with a discount. She just kept working and did not even look at me. After one week, the color is already fading and I see that it is starting to get damaged, especially on the tips. I paid 60 euros and I was expecting something better.
