The facility itself was great. Very clean, very professional and great staff. I was upset however because one of the treatments I had signed for, turns out, was unavailable for men and there had been a misunderstanding. To be fair, i could have specified a bit more when I made the booking but I still hold treatwell accountable to a degree. If someone is making a single booking for a man, dont allow that person to make a booking for a women's treatmen. Seems like something easily fixable in the software.
