I had once a gain Total Body Endospheres Therapy and besides that an EMS treatment on my arms. Endospheres Therapy LIFTS my behind and works amazing against my cellulites. But EMS?! Oh my Good Lord, what an AMAZING invention! EMS is an Electro Muscle Stimulation that stimulate (of course) 100% your muscles and is basically going to the GYM and WORKING OUT FOR YOU, but more effectively! It is only my second session of EMS and I already see my BAT WINGS looking and feeling firmer and more defined!

I had a total body Endospheres therapy. This treatment is truly unique and I love it. It is a bit difficult to explain but it is like having a continuously vibration massage. Although you feel"the vibration, it is NOT painful and personally I like it even more when it is super intense. This treatment not only helps with diminishing cellulites, increase the blood circulation, but it also LIFTS your BUTT!! THAT is truly impressive! Right after the treatment you feel and SEE your body much tighter!
